Symptoms of Yeast Intolerance – Do You Have Yeast?


You must be wondering why one morning you wake up feeling dizzy, bloated and with a lot of pain in your stomach. These are the most common symptoms of yeast intolerance. This must be because of the yeast growing uncontrollably in your body.

Now Candida Albicans Bacteria, or yeast, lives naturally in our body. However at times, there could be an over-growth caused by various factors. First is because of eating too much foods that are high in yeast.

There are certain foods that are very high in yeast, especially foods that have leavening like white bread. White bread is just among the many foods that contain yeast. In fact, there are more foods that at first you didn’t think have yeast in them – like peanuts, alcohol, and cheese.

The next possible cause of yeast overgrowth in one’s body is eating too much food that yeasts commonly feed on – starchy and sugary foods. Eating too many sweets or too many carbs will just set an environment in your body suitable for yeasts to live in, thrive on, hence they grow and over-populate.
