Yeast Free Foods - Yeast Free Snacks

The reason why Candidiasis and other diet related diseases are common these days is because of unhealthy eating, or more specifically, unhealthy snacking. It’s okay to snack often but only as long as you’re eating healthy snacks (and only eating in moderation). For many people, the most effective diet is to eat sugar free and yeast free snacks or foods.

Instead of eating cookies, brownies, muffins, or other sweets for your in-between-meals, go for healthier alternatives. Remember that sugar doesn’t only add to your waistline, they also nourish yeast, encouraging them to multiply.

You can still eat chocolates, but go for the healthier kind – dark chocolates. They’re less sweeter, plus, they are also high in antioxidants. You can also eat more fruits, which are the best form of natural sweets. And instead of using refined sugar and wheat flour for your baked goodies, try honey instead and wheat-less flours that are low in carbohydrates and sugar, as well as gluten free.
